1st Level Support
As an end customer with a valid support contract, you can contact us directly by phone or e-mail. If you do not have a support contract, please contact your service provider - your Securepoint partner - directly.
2nd level Support
Ticket system in the reseller portal for registered contractual partners: Create tickets directly and view the processing status at any time. Certified Partners and Premium Partners are given special consideration by our support.
