What is the status of NIS2 legistlation in Germany?

A law on implementation must be passed in Germany by October 17, 2024. The "Act on the Implementation of EU NIS2 and Strengthening of Cybersecurity" (NIS2UmsuCG) is intended for this purpose. In addition to the law implementing NIS2, a KRITIS umbrella law will also regulate critical operators and economic sectors.
